How to delete your Levelium account
1. Delete your account from the app
You can delete your Levelium account directly inside the app:
Settings → Account Security → Delete account
2. What data is deleted
When you delete your account, Levelium deletes your Firebase Auth account and associated app data, including:
- Your profile
- Progress
- Missions
- Inventory
- Rewards
- Preferences
- App state
3. Data that may be retained
Some limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, purchase records, tax/accounting obligations, or platform requirements. These records are retained only for as long as necessary for those purposes.
4. If you cannot access the app
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us from the email address associated with your Levelium account:

Please include “Levelium account deletion” in the subject line.
We may need to verify that you own the account before processing the request.
